West Side Story and More

Friday evening Kevin and I went to see West Side Story at the Performing Arts Center.  We have season tickets so we've seen some great shows and some not so great shows.  I would definitely say that West Side Story was NOT one of our favorites.  In fact, it was pretty terrible.  It's nice to have an "excuse" to go on a date with my husband every couple of months though so I can't complain too much.  And we were able to enjoy dinner with our dear friends Jim and Kerry Fox prior to the show.

Saturday morning Kevin and Reese met up with Mimi, Papa, Alexis, and Abram at Home Depot.  They do a kids creation on the first Saturday of every month.  We had never tried it so they decided to see what it was about.  The kids made flower pots and all had a really good time!

Saturday evening Kevin and I met some more friends out for dinner.  We met up with the Hoffman's and the Miller's.  We always end up having the best time when we all get together.  Seriously, my side hurt from laughing so much at dinner!

 

Sunday, Abram and Alexis came to hang out with us for the afternoon and we all went to Addie Rice's first birthday!  Before the party, Abram was cruising around the living room in Finn's truck.  All of the sudden, Finn walked up behind him, opened the tailgate, and climbed in!

 

 

It was so funny!
