Easter Egg Hunt

Reese went to her very first Easter Egg hunt at her school on today.  Since she isn't "in school" on Thursday, Mimi and I took her up for the hunt.  She is so social and was really excited to see her friends.  I just LOVE watching her interact.  She greeted each one (and checked out their baskets).

She wasn't exactly sure what was going on at first.

Now she's getting the hang of it!

Reese really enjoyed the hunt!  She liked shaking up the eggs to hear them rattle.  When we got in the car she wanted to hold her basket.  I didn't think much of it...because until this day, Reese had eaten very little candy...and never any chocolate.

After being on the road a few minutes, I looked back and found this.  Well, so much for not eating chocolate!

By the looks of it that wasn't the first piece that she had eaten, her mouth was covered!

Oh chocolate, how I love thee!

All the wrappers and empty eggs made me laugh!!
