Shortly after finishing her snack Reese wanted out of the wagon. Not only did she refuse to ride in the wagon...she also insisted on pulling the thing all over the zoo. She got so sweaty from dragging it around and she wore herself out.

A Trip to the Zoo
A week or so ago Reese and I met my friend Kerry and her girls, Helen and Lucy, at the zoo. Summer has "begun" here in Tulsa and it is HOT. We went early in the morning to try and avoid the heat. Of course as soon as we got there Reese needed a snack. So, I busted out some Wheat Thins.

I was just pulling the wagon along. Kerry stopped, looked back at us, and started cracking up! Check out Reese's chest...yep...just chillin' with a cracker on her chest!

Honestly, it didn't even phase her....how do you not feel that?!

Before we were even out of the parking lot, Reese was out cold. She took over a 3 hour nap that afternoon!

Yay for the zoo! We had a good time. Lucy fell asleep on the way home too, but then that turned into a very short afternoon nap and a grumpy lucy. We are going to try going again Fri- have to confront our fear of zoo animals head on!
