Happy Labor Day!

Today we celebrated Labor Day with some wonderful friends!  It was crazy hot outside, but we still found ways to enjoy the holiday.  We started the day by going over to the Hoffman's.  They have this killer inflatable water slide....the kids had a BLAST!

Reese thought about being pitiful for just a minute...but quickly snapped out of it!

 

 

It was impossible to get these two to look at me at the same time...but aren't they cute?!

 

 

After we left the Hoffman's we came home for nap time.  It had been a busy morning so everyone was pretty sleepy!  Then after naps we headed over to the Thompson's for dinner and some more play time.

 

 

There were lots of kids, mostly girls, running around having a blast!  It's so fun to watch them all play together.  Reese and Tess really seemed to have a great time together today!

After dinner the girls went back outside to play.  Reese did really well playing tee ball!  I was very impressed with how well she was able to swing the bat.  Then as we were leaving, Tess decided to ride her tricycle....

 









Reese was quick to help with her helmet :) Safety first Tess, safety first!  Reese is such a little mommy!

 

 

Once we got home we were all pretty worn out!  It was a great day though!  Finn was so sleepy he actually fell asleep in my lap which NEVER happens!  I had to take a picture with my phone to document it....
